By using Kronos Komputer's services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. These terms apply to all repair, development, and consulting services we provide.
Kronos Komputer provides computer repair, hardware upgrades, virus removal, data recovery, mobile app development, web application development, and related technology services. The specific scope of each engagement is agreed upon before work begins.
All repairs and development projects begin with a written estimate. Work does not commence without your approval of the estimate. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and cash.
Repair services carry a 30-day warranty on parts and labor. If the same issue recurs within this period, we will rectify it at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover new faults, physical damage, or issues caused by the customer after service.
While we take every care, Kronos Komputer is not liable for data loss during repair or service. You are responsible for backing up your data before bringing in your device. We recommend creating a backup prior to any service.
For custom software and app development, all source code and intellectual property are transferred to you upon receipt of full payment. Until then, Kronos Komputer retains ownership of all deliverables.
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.
We may revise these terms periodically. The updated date at the top of this page indicates the latest version. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
